Wohintipp Developer API Terms of Service
By using the Wohintipp Developer API (“Service”) to receive a content feed (“Content”), you are agreeing to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Developer API Terms of Service”).
Wohintipp reserves the right to update and change the Developer API Terms of Service from time to time without notice. Any new features that augment or enhance the current Service, including the release of new tools and resources, shall be subject to the Developer API Terms of Service. Continued use of the Service after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes. Distribution
The Content may be distributed and displayed only within the website/application submitted with your Eventfinder Developer API key request. To receive Content for another website/application you must apply for a new API key.
You may not resell or redistribute to any third party the Content originating from the Eventfinder Developer API.
Event listings must link back to the appropriate Eventfinder event detail page. For example, see the 'Eventfinder website' links from the GrownUps events pages .
You will in no way interfere with users linking to the the full event details page on Eventfinder from the Content.
You will allow search engines to crawl the Content (including links) back to Eventfinder within your website.
Branding
You agree to maintain a “Powered by Eventfinder” link back to the Eventfinder homepage on any page displaying the Content. As a suggestion you may use the image below, a visible plain text link, or create your own.
General Conditions
You must accept the Eventfinder Terms of Service as displayed on the Eventfinder website at http://www.wohintipp.at/about/terms-of-service .
