Die erfahrene Yogalehrerin Alexandra Schilken leitet am Feiertag, Mariä Empfängnis, am 8. Dezember gemeinsam mit Wenny Tjandra aus Indonesien einen spannenden 2-stündigen Inside Flow Workshop in der HotYogaBox in Dornbirn.

Was steckt hinter einem Inside Flow? Was sind die wichtigen Details und warum macht das so viel Spaß? :-) Es wartet ein spannender Workshop mit zwei wundervollen, begeisterungsfähigen Yogalehrerinnen! Yogaerfahrung von Vorteil, aber kein Muss.

Wenny is originally from Indonesia , she has been moving and living in several countries sharing her passion for teaching dancing , performing and building her dancers community in each country.

In 2018, while living in Mexico and teaching dancing, she starts her yoga journey and got certified with Watukaru yoga traditional in Bali - Indonesia , she continues certified with Yin Yoga in Ibiza, Spain

The circle become complete when she found Insideflow Yoga which merges mindfulness , breathing, flow , music and dance all together . She got certification from Martasya Yoga Academy and also certification from the founder of Insideflow yoga Mr Young Ho Kim . She is now registered as an Insideflow gold instructor.

2021 she moves to USA and she starts sharing Insideflow yoga .

For in her own words teaching yoga is equal to serving love ❤️
